Mother's Day Out

Mother's Day Out (MDO) is back!!!
MDO is an hourly program that allows you to pick the days and times that work best for you.
You only pay for the hours you use the program. 

Our flexible MDO offers childcare for children ages 2-5.

Beginning in September 2024, we are expanding our days and hours
Starting September 3, 2024
Days available: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays
Hours available:  9:30 - 3:00
(Slots for sign-up will be made available beginning in August of 2024)

Costs: $5.00 per hour for children 24 months and older. There is no registration fee.

Limited space is available. 

Steps for attending our Mother's Day Out:

1.  Registering for the program:
Click here for the registration form.  The form must be returned at least one week in advance of your child attending our program. You can return the form by dropping it off at our school, by regular mail or send a copy to the email listed below.  

2.  Sign-up for slots:
Signing up for hours is easy with our online scheduler. Since we always maintain appropriate and safe teacher/child ratios, you must sign-up in advance. Spots are limited.  No shows will be charged the
full day rate.

NOTE: Mother's Day Out is closed anytime the Independence School District makes weather-related closings.
